|Necros do it in style|
Just for clarification: That is not a Scythe. It is just a simple staff that looks like this when I am using one of my skills..
The art content of GW2 is unbelievable. There are so many small things that you only subconsciously register, but give you just the right mood for the game.
The last two evening I was mainly playing GW2, for a whopping total of 4 hours. I am still in the first area, although I've out-levelled it on the first day... but there is so much to see and do. The Charr city is huge and complex, as can be expected from a .. I don't exactly know what it is. Looks like a small Death Star that fell to the ground.. And I am seriously considering now to either create a second account, or buy a bunch of extra character slots, because I need to try every class, plus my daughter want's to play too.
Anyway, it definitely lives up to my expectations, which is a great thing. What I need to do now is to find a nice community - it seems that my randomly picked server is the one that is unofficially the main Polish server. It's not a big issue, but decreases my chances to find a proper UK guild.
I'll probably post a few things about the game later, although I prefer to talk about mechanics and design rather than game experiences.
And, as a last word, here is a screenshot about the Charr city.. lovely, isn't it?
